Cæles Grillo Firriato

A single-varietal wine made from Grillo grapes grown in the Trapani area on clay soils. The bouquet features delicate floral fragrances and citrus notes with elegant hints of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh and round, pleasantly mineral, with exotic flavors such as pink grapefruit and passion fruit, along with nuances of Mediterranean scrub.
