The iconic vegan desserts created by chef Daniela Zaccuri are all handmade by her and are designed to offer you a moment of pleasure, with the peace of mind of not having to regret it afterwards. They are made using Type 2 flour with a low glycemic index, grain or agave syrup as natural sweeteners, high-quality plant-based fats, and natural agar-agar as a thickening agent for jellies, panna cotta, and mousses.
Gluten-free options are also available, such as exquisite cakes with a base of crumbled and caramelized rice and corn biscuits, layered with soft vegan panna cotta and fruit jelly.


Our vegan desserts are a pleasure for both the palate and the body.
Among the various daily creations, you’ll find filled cakes topped with soy cream or chocolate, the Vegan Sacher, and the Black Forest Cake, which recall the close ties between Northern Italy and the Germanic world, a land of master pastry chefs; the colorful tarts with fresh fruit, as well as mousses and tiramisu. You will quickly forget that everything is made without the classic pastry ingredients such as butter, eggs, and large amounts of refined sugar — things that are not essential to Daniela’s creativity.

To accompany your dessert, we offer all the traditional coffee bar preparations, made with organically grown coffee and the finest varieties of plant-based milk, ensuring a consistently rich and satisfying taste.
