From organic vineyard in Monteu Roero (CN). Deep ruby ​​red colour, full aroma, with hints of freshly ripe red fruit with a delicate herbaceous trail, all extremely balanced. The wine is full-bodied but not tannic, with mineral nuances. In the mouth it is elegant and fresh, balanced with saline persistence.
