Falerio DOC Pecorino 003 Castrum Morisci

The Castrum Morisci winery is located near the beautiful village of Moresco, between the Apennines and the sea in the south of the Marche region. In this particular area, Pecorino wine takes the name Falerio DOC. It has a straw-yellow color with greenish hues, floral and fruity aromas of linden blossom and citrus, with mineral and almond background notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruit-forward, with bittering notes of grapefruit and almond. It closes with a fresh finish.
