This wine is made from 100% native Erbaluce grapes, straw yellow in color with bright greenish reflections. It has a delicate, fragrant bouquet with fine notes of green apple, exotic fruit, and wildflowers, and a palate marked by lively acidity—dry, fresh, and harmonious. 12.5% abv
