Valle d’Aosta Pinot Grigis Cave des Onze Communes

In the heart of the Alps, the wine cooperative Cave des Onze Communes produces distinct and fine wines from vineyards spread across 11 municipalities, between 550 and 800 meters of altitude. The Pinot Gris vine, originally from continental Europe, has adapted perfectly to the fresh climate of the Aosta Valley. It gives a wine of a beautiful intense straw yellow color, that offers delicate fruity and citrus notes to the palate, with a good structure refreshed by a pleasant acidity.
