Sinespina Rosato Piemonte – Cascina Melognis

Cascina (farmhouse) Melognis is located at the foot of Monviso, near Saluzzo, where it preserves old vineyards from farmer families, producing surprising and unexpected wines. The rosé, with a beautiful color, is the result of a blend of local native Neretta, Barbera, Freisa, Chatus and Pelaverga. It offers a bouquet with fruity and delicately citrus scents, with notes of exotic fruit and strawberry in the standing out. On the palate, the sip is fresh and light, with the right acidity and a good persistence and confirms the particular reference to strawberry.
