Sinespina Rosato Piemonte – Cascina Melognis

Cascina Melognis is located at the foothills of Mount Monviso, near Saluzzo, where it preserves old vineyards from farming families, producing surprising and unexpected wines. This beautifully colored rosé is made from a blend of native grape varieties: Neretta, Barbera, Freisa, Chatus, and Pelaverga. It offers a bouquet with fruity and delicately citrus notes, highlighted by hints of exotic fruit and strawberry. On the palate it is fresh and light, with well-balanced acidity and good persistence, confirming the distinctive hint of strawberry. Organic 12.5% abv
