Produced from Guyot- and Capovolto-trained vines in the Belvedere area of Volpago del Montello, Treviso Prosecco DOC is vinified using the traditional white wine method at low temperatures, followed by a second fermentation in a pressure tank. A high-quality sparkling wine with a fine, persistent perlage, it combines fruity and floral aromas on the nose with a fresh and harmonious flavor on the palate. Excellent both as an aperitif and paired with plant-based dishes. Organic 11% abv
