Prosecco Superiore Brut Millesimato Valdobbiadene – Collalto

This prosecco represents the purest, and most anchored to its territory, version of the Glera vine. Straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections. The perlage is persistent, elegantly minute and regular. On the nose it is fresh and fragrant with hints of apple and pear, resting on an extremely delicate and pleasant floral background. On the palate its acidity underlines the other taste sensations. Finish of beautiful persistence and complexity.
