In those years, talking about vegan and macrobiotic cuisine seemed almost like a challenge. Nevertheless, we believed in it, and over time, a community curious and interested in food and well-being formed around us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Our Values<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Independence<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>We started and have grown relying solely on our own strengths, without external push or special support.<\/p>\n<p>Our independence is not only political, but also intellectual: we like to think for ourselves.
