In this particular area, Pecorino wine takes the name Falerio DOC. It has a straw-yellow color with greenish hues, floral and fruity aromas of linden blossom and citrus, with mineral and almond background notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruit-forward, with bittering notes of grapefruit and almond. It closes with a fresh finish.<br>FALERIO D.O.C.
